Robert Crumb: City of the Future, 1967

In October 1967, Robert Crumb created what would later be printed as the “Zap #0” underground comix.  This panel is from the 5-page story “City of the Future.”

“Everyone will be tuned in to everything that’s happening all the time!  No-one will be left out.  We’ll all be normal!”  In his way, Robert Crumb predicted how we’d all be tied into up-to-the-minute everything, through the Internet.
