This was included in the “Public comment recvied on the Infill Program” — yes, with that misspelling — on the City’s SIRP Engagement webpage. There is no name, no date, no indication of who this is to or who it is from. Was this truly a message sent to all the Commissioners? That is supposed to be the criteria of what is to be included with public comments.
