Synopsis:
Gateway draft plan lacks detail.
Questions on infrastructure needs of Cal Poly plus Gateway.
When would there be a 2nd draft as a response to public input.
David Loya’s reply: We’ll be using the first round of comments to seek direction from the Council to start on the zoning code to pair with the plan. The next iteration of the plan and the code will hopefully be available in the spring of next year. [i.e. Spring 2022]
