Keeping track of the latest General Plan, Gateway Area Plan, Gateway Zoning Code is not a simple matter. There have been three different versions of the General Plan in one week — twice. Because the Community Development Director apparently wants to be putting out new versions of these documents, each with slight changes known only to him, the reader is referred to the City’s website for the absolutely latest versions. The Strategic Infill Redevelopment Program page has direction to links for the different versions of these documents. 

The City Council will be reviewing the General Plan, Gateway Area Plan, Gateway Zoning Code (and also the Final Environmental Impact Report), with public hearings set for May 29 and June 5, 2024.
