The sound quality of a specific person’s voice may be better on one or the other of the audio players.
What you can do is to start them both at the same time, and then mute one of the players (press the little speaker icon). Then switch back and forth between the two by muting one, unmuting it and choosing the other one and muting the first one. and so forth. The two tracks are very similar, and you may find that there is little or no difference in the sound quality.

This player is more clear when listening to the public comment. This player is missing the first 10-15 seconds of the first speaker, Jim Becker. You can hear start the public comments on the Main Room audio, and then switch to this player for greater clarity.
